Booking and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how Massage Me Adelaide will treat your bookings, rescheduling and cancellations, including any fees associated with changes to your booking.
Booking Online
At the time of booking, please provide your full address of where the appointment will be and help us out with any notes about access issues or hazards like a steep driveway or aggressive (or licky) dogs.
The booking site requires your valid email address and a credit card to hold your appointment.
Rescheduling
You might need to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling an appointment can be done online using the link sent to you when you first booked.
If your preferred time is not available, select the appointment that is closest to your preferred time/date and write your preferences in the booking notes. I will confirm with you if your preferred time/date is available. You can also contact me directly at paula@massagemeadelaide.com or 0414695015.
Cancellation
Massage Me Adelaide has a flat-rate cancellation fee of $20 per appointment. This fee is applied to any booking canceled less than one day in advance of the booking.
You will not pay a cancellation fee if you cancel with 24-hours notice. Understandably, sometimes it isn’t possible to provide this notice but as much notice as possible is appreciated. The more notice of cancellation or rescheduling you can give, the more chance we have of offering your booking to one of our other valued clients. If you prefer to reschedule you can select a date within 2 weeks of the original appointment time/date and you will avoid a cancellation fee. See the notes above about rescheduling.
